Each of us needs a plan to keep our lives in balance! It’s easy to become overworked, too busy for fresh air, exercise, or a nutritious meal, just learning how to set our priories for prayer, Bible study, and a peaceful time to meditate; a quiet time to clear your mind of fretting over your job, your health, your spouse, children, money, etc. Taking 15 or 20 minutes to sit quietly, focus on a poem, a Scripture (maybe ONE phrase) a piece of music, a warm bath, etc. KICK BACK and RELAX… Blessings, all.
