But I have prayed for you, Simon, that your faith may not fail. And when you have turned back, strengthen your brothers.”

What a beautiful thing Jesus did for Simon Peter! He loved Peter so much that He prayed fervently that Peter’s faith would remain strong. Is it possible Jesus pleads in prayer for us during our trials? If we desire it and believe that it is possible, why not? He may be pleading for us this very moment. Take courage in Jesus’ supreme strength.
Initially, when I thought about this, my thought was, why would He do that for me? Then, I began to consider that question. Why not? He loves all of His creations, no single one more than another that I can reason. Can you even wrap your head around that thought – that Jesus pleads in prayer for us during our trials? How exciting is that?! Many have trials they need help with, and Jesus is right there with each and every one of us! Blessings all!
