Today we say goodbye to the year 2020 as we welcome the New Year, 2021. 2020 has been an uncommon year. We have experienced our first ever pandemic in the US, and in fact, it has been a worldwide pandemic! It has been a year we won’t soon forget – “The Year of the Mask,” a fear-filled year. 2020 is a year most of us will be glad to bid adieu.
The new year, 2021, holds promise. Promise that the economy improves with great strength, followed by prosperity for all of us. Promise that we can store our masks in the hope that they won’t be needed again. A hope that we can return to a somewhat typical “normal.” Go outside as we wish, eat at a restaurant, play in the park, go walking on trails again, travel as we like, when we want, all without the worry that we now carry with us.
Here’s to a typical year in 2021. Blessings all!
