Lord, who may dwell in your sacred tent? Who may live on your holy mountain? The one whose walk is blameless, who does what is righteous, who speaks the truth from their heart.
(Psalm 15:1-2 NIV)
Making a total commitment to Christian living involves voluntarily binding yourself to the principles of the Scriptures. It means doing the right thing when you have the opportunity to choose to do the wrong thing. It means doing the right thing even when no one will know or care. God cares.
How do we keep from choosing the wrong thing? First, we need to read, study and meditate on the Word of God. How can we do what’s right if we don’t know what that is? Call on God daily to guide you in your thoughts and actions. Committing is easy. Following through is the challenge. Blessings brothers, and sisters!
