Trust

Webster’s Dictionary defines trust as follows: 1. a: assured reliance on the character, ability, strength, or truth of someone or something; b: one in which confidence is placed; 2.  a: dependence on something future or contingent: HOPE. b: reliance on future payment for property (such as merchandise) delivered: CREDIT.

Trust is sometimes easy to give, other times more difficult to extend, depending on our circumstances.  Whom do you trust? Do you have a list that you use to guide you in extending your trust? Trust is a precious thing.

In my humble opinion, trust is not to be handed out without thought as one would candy on Halloween night. Rather, I feel, a good deal of thought must go into those whom you trust. There are two in my life that have absolute trust in my life; my savior and my spouse. Blessings, all!
