Financial Wisdom

“His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!’

(Matthew 25:21 NIV)

Fear can cripple and paralyze. Fear of failure or the future can lead to financial mismanagement. Jesus told a parable about three servants that were given different amounts of money according to their ability. The master left on a long journey. When he returned, he held each accountable for how they managed the money they’d been given. Two of the servants invested their money wisely and gained even more. However, the servant who was given one talent was afraid of losing it, and he buried it. The master was livid.

If fear is crippling you, acknowledge and face it. “Cast all of your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.” (1 Peter 5:7). Then allow God to help you get your finances under control. You will experience a greater sense of freedom and peace. God desires us to be good stewards of the resources He has entrusted to us.

Blessing to you, my friends!
