And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
(Colossians 3:17 NIV)
Looking at almost any product in the store, shoppers can find an indication of where an item was manufactured: “Made in Taiwan,” “Handcrafted in India” are only a few designations you will find.
Some manufacturers are known for high-quality materials and craftsmanship, while others are known for taking shortcuts resulting in lesser-quality items.
Similarly, whatever Christians say and do goes out to the world with Jesus’ name on it. What kind of reputation will our contributions to His name build in our corner of the world? We should make sure our works follow the example He set for us. Blessings, everyone.
